22nd International Liquid Crystal Conference Jeju, Korea, 2008

The contributions of Professor John Goodby to research into liquid crystals was recognised at the 22nd International Liquid Crystal Conference on Jeju Island, Korea which drew over 800 delegates from all over the world. He gave the first plenary lecture entitled: Supermolecular and Supramolecular Liquid Crystals: Liquid Crystals of Complex Molecular Structure and was presented with traditional dress and art works.
